- Opponent kicks fighter
- Fighter steps across opponent to take the power and swing out of opponent kick, twists and the catches the kick
- As fighter catches the kick he also keeps his opposite hand up to guard his face

Fighter then reaches out and grips the crown of his opponent's head and pulls it
down while still holding his opponents head

- Fighter then steps his left leg and knees his opponent in the head
