  1. Both fighter are in their stances, guards raised and their knees slightly bent

  1. Fighter throws his arm across and raises his rear heel

  1. Fighter than pivots on his front leg and lifts his kicking legs knee high as well as raising his hips
Step 4

  1. Fighter then turns his shin and pivots through the kick pulling his opposite shoulder and connects with his opponent’s head
