Thai kick
- Both fighter are in their stances, guards raised and their knees slightly bent

| Step 2 |
- Fighter throws his arm across and raises his rear heel
|
| Step 3 |
- Fighter than pivots on his front leg and lifts his kicking legs knee high as well as raising his hips
|
| Step 4 |
- Fighter then turns his shin and pivots through the kick pulling his opposite shoulder and connects with his opponent’s head
